Automotive Technician
Auto Imports is a well known auto repair shop in South Edmonton. We are a growing company & we need great people to share our vision, our passion and to join us on the journey. Currently, we are seeking applications for the position of Automotive Technician.

Employment Status: Full Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
- Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions and confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit

- Repair or replace mechanical units or components
- Road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems and components
- Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
- Perform scheduled maintenance service
- Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications
- Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
- Estimate parts & labor cost
- Provide good customer service

REQUIREMENTS:
- Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
- Strong automotive background with minimum 4 years of experience
- Inspection License (OPI & CVIC) is an asset
- High school or equivalent level of education
- Valid Alberta Driver’s license
